Ted Goodman became a named partner in 2009-surely recognition of the contribution he has made to the firm's continuing success. He tries medical malpractice and personal injury cases regularly, and is also responsible for much of the firm's appellate work. Ted has been involved with the sucessful prosecution of lead paint cases on behalf of injured children, and he worked without fee on behalf of the September 11 Compensation Fund. He has served on the Tort Comm. of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
