For 30 years, Paul Simonson has dedicated his practice solely to the representation of

He has lectured throughout the United States to various legal and medical organizations

Ted Goodman is the firm's most recent partner. He brings both trial and appellate experience
to the firm, and is directly responsible for managing cases involving lead paint poisoning
and crime victims. He has actively represented clients, without fee, as part of the September
11 Compensation Fund and Trial Lawyers Care. He is a member of the Tort Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Marijo Adimey is the firm's newest associate. As a former Assistant District Attorney in
the Bronx, she brings a unique perspective to vindicating victims' rights. Ms. Adimey is
in the forefront of the firm's involvement in rape and security cases. She is rapidly
developing an expertise in breast, ovarian and cervical cancer as part of a program to
highlight women's issues in medical malpractice.
